Viewing Property

If you are planning a visit to our area during which you plan to visit our office, it is best to advise us of the dates of your trip in advance.

It would be far more productive for you to contact us prior to arrival and arrange an appointment to view properties of interest. This can avoid the situation of calling by our office unexpectedly and facing the obvious difficulties involved in achieving 'short notice' property viewings.

Also, at the time of booking your appointment to view, your criteria can be discussed in more detail thereby enabling us to further enhance the list of property to see, with the clear advantage of minimising your wasted time.

Inspection Visits

These visits are for those clients who are in a 'confirmed' financial position to proceed to completion on a property purchase.

These clients should have the ability during the trip, to make a deposit, in the case of new build property, with a developer, this is usually 6000€. For resale property the deposit is usually 3000€.

These deposits can be paid by credit card, bank draft etc. We can answer any queries concerning this prior to your departure.

Booking a viewing tour

The procedure for booking a viewing tour is as follows:

Choose your dates (usually 3-5 nights duration).
Give us convenient dates of travel, contacting us by phone or email.
We will check availability of flights, their cost etc and contact you. Please have an alternate set of dates ready in case the diary is full for the first set you choose.
Once we have arranged the flights, we will ask for your credit card details. When these are received all flights and accommodation are booked. You will receive via email, confirmation of all flight and collection details.

It's as simple as that.

Your viewing tour

Upon arrival in Spain, you will be met at the airport and taken to your accommodation.

A member of our fully trained English staff will take you to view a range of property to suit the type and price range you have specified. Included will be an appointment with a fully registered English speaking lawyer. We will also bring you to a local bank to facilitate opening a bank account and mortgaging of the property if this is required. We are in the unique position of being independent of developers thus giving you access to the largest selection of property available in the northern Costa Blanca.

Please note that all viewing tours are tailor-made.

You are exclusively allocated a member of our staff for the duration of your trip. Consequently, you see what is of most interest to you, it is not simply a prearranged bus tour where you will often have to view what others want to see, this can be frustrating and often leads to the client not receiving the attention they deserve.

An Inspection Visit is a complete package through which you benefit from our expert advice and guidance, particularly in matters relating to legal and financial procedures.
